Please park safely in the car park and meet at the cafe end of the car park. It is £1 parking for 2 hours, or £15 permit for the whole year.

Information

This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. You will be introduced to new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This walk is a more gentle pace than the 9.30am walk, and is for people who enjoy walking at about 2-3km per hour, or who have completed a beginners course within the last 6 months. This class will last an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.

This is a 6 week course costing £45, the last week is Wednesday 28th March. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course. Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.

Equipment

Wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Hat and gloves recommended if cold. Poles are provided.
