
This course is for people who have completed the 10 step technique beginners course. It is a slightly slower pace than the 9.30am walk but will continue to introduce new exercises, which focus on improving posture, fitness, strength and balance. This class will last an hour, during which time you will refine the ten step British Nordic Walking technique.
This is a 5 week course costing £37.50, the last week is Wednesday 23rd May. Please note there will be no walk on Wednesday 2nd May. Please pay the instructor at the start of the course or by bank transfer before(ask for details). Please arrive in good time, so that we are able to make a prompt start.
Equipment
Wear comfortable clothes dressing according to the weather, and walking shoes or similar, with a good tread. Poles are provided.
