Katharine Green

Katharine is a qualified INWA Nordic Walking instructor, who having enjoyed running for many years, started having knee problems after doing the Great North Run. This led her to discover Nordic Walking, not only as a great way to keep fit, but also as the perfect compliment to pilates, something she’s practiced over many years.

Katharine thoroughly enjoyed her first Nordic Walking race challenge in November 2014, walking over the line with the winner after completing the 20km course in 2 hours 32 minutes at an average speed of 4.9mph.

Katharine is a qualified First Aider and has full insurance.
